We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access SweepGrid web tools. Under the clean email free tier, you may utilize inbox category screening (Social, Newsletters, Finance), unsubscriber management, and bulk-cleaning features for personal and non-commercial purposes.

This is a usage agreement, not a sale. You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, or distribute modified builds of this free email cleaner without our explicit written consent.

3. Connections & Integrity

To allow the website to clean email inbox messages, manage updates, or filter attachments, you must authorize SweepGrid to interact with your mail server API. You represent that you own or have legal authority over the connected mailbox. You acknowledge that our ai email cleaner deletes or archives messages locally based on rule triggers set by you, and you bear full responsibility for configurations.

4. OTP Auto-Cleanup & Filters

SweepGrid includes automated OTP Auto-Cleanup filter rule creation inside your official Gmail Settings to automatically move temporary verification passcodes to Trash after use. Filter actions are executed directly via official Google OAuth APIs, and users retain full control to enable or disable these rules anytime from Account Settings.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

While we strive to maintain SweepGrid as the best email cleaner website, we offer no warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the email manager web tool will block every unsolicited sender or that it will be entirely error-free. You use the email cleaner free client at your own risk.
